In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management System (SIM), when we receive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) with Purchase Order (PO) in handheld, after "Not After Date" passes, DSD can still be received, which is wrong.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Choose a purchase_order on Retail Merchandise System (RMS) with not after date < sysdate;
2. Navigate to 1-Shipping/Receiving -> 1-DSD Receiving -> 3-Purchase Order;
3. Choose the PO from RMS;
4. Add a container;
5. Add an item and receive it (full expected quantity);
6. Confirm container;
7. Confirm delivery.
