Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 17.7.0.0

Expected Result: When the user is in Standard View they should be able to open a record that has already been accepted and take action. The Upper Form, Action Details and Detail Forms should be able to be accessed and the toolbar should have the 'Workflow Actions', 'Send', 'Save', 'Spelling', 'Add Attachment' and 'Close Window' buttons enabled.

Actual Result: The record only has the 'Accept Task' and 'Decline Task' buttons which are disabled and there is form distortion in that the Action Details and Detail Forms cannot be accessed.
