For A Blinded Study Case, Both Product_id And Pat_exposure Columns Are Populated In Case_Product, why is this ? and How to Resolve ? (Doc ID 2303336.1)

Last updated on JULY 13, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety - Version 8.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When a case is booked-in with a blinded study, initially product_id column of case_product is populated with product_id of the product whose license is configured as the primary license in study configuration and pat_exposure column remains blank.

However, after the case is unblinded and study product is selected, the product_id of the selected product is populated in pat_exposure column and product_id column remains unchanged (which should have been blank for a study case).

This is not the usual way Argus product logic used to work.
