New jobs created via Damage Assessment (DA) with "No Power" checked are always shown as 3-phase outages.
The Damage Assessment tool is not phase aware for no power jobs even though it shows "phases affected" on the new DA window. All no power jobs are created as 3- phase regardless of the phases selected in the DA window.
It is expected that the selected phases would be the reported phases.
1. Bring up three phase device in the viewer like a cutout (fuse).
2. Bring up the Damage Assessment window from the Control Tool
3. Select New DA
4. Enter a new DA, crew, select only Phase A affected, and No Power
5. Save the DA
6. A new job is created in the viewer showing all three phases out even though only a single phase was selected in damage assessment
