When Importing an XML That Has Been Modified the Error "XMLImporterException: Invalid Time Format In Date Field" Occurs (Doc ID 2303702.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a UDF field with a date datatype the following error occurs,

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an import XML
2. Edit the XML and create a UDF of type date with the date format yyyy-mm-dd't'hh:mm:ssz e.g. 2020-11-20T00:00:00.000Z

e.g.

<UDF>
    <TypeObjectId>3</TypeObjectId>
    <StartDateValue>2020-11-20T00:00:00.000Z</StartDateValue>
</UDF>


3. Run the import using the API
