POS Throws Exception When Item Removed Fast By Repeatedly Pressing On F11 Key (Doc ID 2303928.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point-of-Service (ORPOS) version 14.1.2, client throws exception error when item is removed fast by repeatedly pressing on F11 key.

ERROR

 'Unexpected exception occurred'



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to POS;
  2. Scan items on Sell Item screen(say example try to scan some around 20 items);
  3. Now delete item one by one by pressing F11 key repeatedly;
  4. At some point of time application displays 'Unexpected exception occurred'.
