Symptoms

Data entry window encountered an unexpected error and shut down after OC patch 5.1.0.14 was applied. Error occurs when saving each CRF, system does not function at all.

Receive the following error when saving a form in RDC Onsite:

Error

Dialog failed. ChangeReason.

Then followed by:

Error
--------
The data entry window entered an unexpected error and will shut down. If the reason recurs, please report the following information for diagnostic purposes.
CRF load was incomplete.

 

In the dump file the following error is reported:

 

Exception Details:Null value is passed for the parameter : dialogVersion
oracle.pharma.rdc.de.exception.NullParameterException: Null value is passed for the parameter : dialogVersion
