On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index (OHMPI) 126.96.36.199 version,
In "Duplicate Records" tab, if configuring the midm.xml to have only "Advanced Search" or
having "Advanced Search" selected as the first option, the EUID field on Potential Duplicate
screen is not displaying a usable size.
Under "Duplicate Records" tab, there is no box for entering a value for the EUID prompt.
The box seems to exists, but it appears to be zero width, making it unusable.
It would be expected that the EUID text box to be displayed under "Duplicate Records" when
having the "Advanced Search" type as the only option or first selected option.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Configure the Potential Duplicate screen to show the EUID, as per the XML configuration given
(only "Advanced Search" option is available under "Duplicate Records" tab).
2. Log into the GUI and view the potential duplicate tab ("Duplicate Records" tab).
The GUI does not appear to show a field for the EUID.
However, if clicking on one of the later fields, and then use SHIFT-TAB to go back through the
fields, it's possible to reach the EUID field and paste a value into it.
Careful clicking in the right area, can also show that the field is there.
It's just not usable as it appears to have essentially no width.
