Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0.15, when performing backdated subscription purchases, BRM is merging the first two cycle fees into one (merging the two cycles into one long cycle).
As a result, there is one event with double balance impact value for the first long cycle (covering the first two months).
