Missing inbound FA Completion Sync Requests in CC&B
We've noticed that there are a number of FAs that were successfully completed in MWM, but there is no completion Sync Request in CC&B.
Each of these has a successful completion in MWM including the outbound Sync Request and Outbound Message. No inbound Sync Requests exist in CC&B at all for these FA IDs. Normally, we’d expect to see a Sync Request in an error status when viewing the CC&B FA if there is a business error. This means no To Dos or anything, so it was only by manually checking their work that these were discovered.
