Error 'Failed Secure Java Extensions Check' Using BIPEXT Code In The Report Layout Template (Doc ID 2304691.1)

Scenario:

BIPExtension function is not working in BIP. The namespace is not recognized, and BIP gives below error:

 Also note that BIPExtension.jar is available in below paths.
