Information in this document applies to any platform.
P6Services intermittently stops processing some jobs, causing them to be stuck in Pending status. Restarting P6Services allows all jobs to complete.
The job type does not matter and can include ASAP jobs (for example, "Send to Unifier") as well as Reoccurring jobs (for example, Global Scheduled Services).
All jobs should move from Pending to Running to Complete in a timely manner when they are in a pending state for immediate execution.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start the P6 Services process.
2. Monitor process for a few days.
3. Note stuck jobs.
Due to this issue, some jobs do not run and complete unless the P6 Services process is stopped and restarted.
