Usage Subscription Search Zone Returning No Results

Symptoms

In MDM 2.2.0.1.0 the Usage subscription search zone is not returning any results whenever the search by option is selected as "Usage Subscription Service Point Identifier".

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Main Menu -> Usage -> Usage Subscription -> Search.
2. Select Search By as “Usage Subscription Service Point Identifier”
3. Select Identifier Type as “External Id”.
4. Search for identifier value as valid external id
