LWPR Cache Is Not Cleared In Single Mode (Doc ID 2304994.1)

There is an issue with the LWPR feature of the WSC-SE when it is configured to work in single mode, and the same user is registered into the platform with different devices, in this case android devices.
For some reason the last cache entry is not properly cleared in the LWPR when the last device send a deregister message.
This behavior is causing several problems as the next registration is not being forwarded to the external SIP registrar because there is still a contact inside the LWPR. So if the user tries to send an invite to it, it is not going to be processed because from the external SIP Registrar point of view, this user is not registered.
