"ClassCastException" Error While Creating Item Ticket (Doc ID 2305050.1)

Symptoms

The following error is prompted while creating Item Ticket

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Login to Store Inventory Management (SIM)
  2. Go to Print > Item Ticket
  3. Click Cancel when the 'Item Ticket Filter' dialog box shows up.
  4. Click 'Create' on the 'Item Ticket List' screen that is displayed.
  5. Enter an item ID. Make sure you are using an item which has a record in SUPPLIER_ITEM_MANUFACTURE table.
  6. Choose Format Type, Format Name, Quantity as shown in the screenshot.
  7. Click on 'Country of Manufacture' drop-down.
  8. Notice, the  blank row.  
  9. Click on it.
  10. Notice, the error.
