Symptoms

On ASAP 7.2.0 version:

HIQ cartridge exception.

While trying to perform provisioning on HIQ switches, we are receiving the following exception and  the order is exiting with ASDL Exit (<ASDL_EXIT_TYPE>) Msg : Error with Base Entity .
