When sending a uMail from a Business Process (BP) to a user, Unifier creates a PDF which is attached to the uMail.
When trying to open the attachment, the user receives the Adobe Reader error message below.
Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'umr-0009 (6).pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open attachments that are sent via uMail from a BP to a user.
