When sending a uMail from a Business Process (BP) to a user, Unifier creates a PDF which is attached to the uMail.
When trying to open the attachment, the user receives the Adobe Reader error message below.
Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'File Name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open attachments that are sent via uMail from a BP to a user.
