Item Number with 'E' Displays as Scientific Notation in the Excel File Exported From Report Using BI Publisher (Doc ID 2305515.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

The number '2120000007E1' shows as '2.12E+11' in the spread sheet generated from Manufacturer BOM Report

Expected Behavior

The number '2120000007E1' to show correctly in the spread sheet generated from Manufacturer BOM Report


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Create item with number: 2120000007E1
3. Run Manufacturer BOM Report, and select the custom template created by BI Publisher
4. Export Report to Excel
5. Open the exported report with Microsoft Excel. See the number shows as 2.12E+10 (and in the formula bar it shows 21200000070), and the format is Scientific
