User Needs To Change The Password Of CCB Account

Goal

In CCB 2.5.0.2.0 there is a request for the users to be able to change their passwords by themselves.
Currently the passwords are being changed from the web logic and sent to them by emails by the administrator. 

The behavior is expected to change as below :

- if the password will be changed by the admin it will be a temporary password and, when the user logs in with the temporary password he will be prompted for that password and new one for this account. The user can then provide his new password as per the password policy [like 8 character +numeric character].
