Saved Search With Automatic Execution Is Not Working Properly (Doc ID 2305651.1)

Symptoms

In the discrepancy review list screen, when trying to create a "Save Search" with automatic execution, the functionally (auto-execution) is not working.

Steps to recreate the issue:
 1) Navigate to Discrepancy Review List screen (Tasks > Invoicing Matching > Discrepancy Review List)
 2) Create a custom saved search where the "Set as default" and "Run automatically" are selected and save it "ABC_LIST" for search for supplier 2300

In my example I populated the supplier filter value and save the search.

 3) Get out of the discrepancy review screen (by clicking in the "Done" button.
 4) Navigate again to the discrepancy review list screen and note that:

The created search is defaulted in the Saved Searched and filter values were defaulted also.The filter was not automatically executed.
