Store Inventory Management (SIM) Allows zero quantity in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Receipt. The message fails in Retail Merchandising System(RMS) with the following exception
Steps To Reproduce:
- Create and receive a DSD in SIM with zero units.
- Notice the message fails in RMS
