When Receiving a Transfer With UIN, After Adding One UIN, the Focus is not on UIN Text Box

When receiving a transfer with Unique Identification Number (UIN), in the UIN dialog, after adding one UIN, the focus is not on the UIN Text Box. 

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create and ship a Transfer with UIN.
  2. Try to receive it.
  3. Add one UIN
  4. Notice the focus is not on the UIN text Box.
