When Receiving a Transfer With UIN, After Adding One UIN, the Focus is not on UIN Text Box

When receiving a transfer with Unique Identification Number (UIN), in the UIN dialog, after adding one UIN, the focus is not on the UIN Text Box.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Create and ship a Transfer with UIN.
- Try to receive it.
- Add one UIN
- Notice the focus is not on the UIN text Box.
