Damage Assessment Uses Call Address Instead of Device Address (Doc ID 2306207.1)

Damage Assessments created for an event with multiple calls is given the wrong address.

When a damage assessment is created on an isolating device with multiple calls, it populates the “Address” field with the customer address of the 1st caller on the event. It is supposed to populate it with the device location from the event. The damage assessment shows entered from OMS (wrong) and the damage assessment entered from ClickMobile (correct).

The documentation says that the address of the device should be used for event-based Damage Assessments.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place two "all out" calls on a device.
2. Select the event in workagenda
3. Open Damage Assessment for the event
4. Create a new damage assessment.
The address is populated with the address of the first caller
