When a PSO (Probable Service Outage) is manually created (from Create Event), the customer view in the Trouble Info is not showing any customers. Since some projects have customer dot ('Point-of-Service') with only 1 customer configured, when manually creating an event using “Create Event” tool at this kind of customer dot, it creates a PSO not PDO (Probable Device Outage), which results in 0 customer displayed in TroubleInfo Customer View.
