Account Lock And Unlock Is Not Working In Multi-tenant Environment. (Doc ID 2306443.1)

Under Argus console | System configuration we have invalid login attempts set to 3 . After a total of 5 invalid login attempts, account disable/lock message appears but when we refresh page and try to login, the user is getting logged into the application and the account is not getting locked out.

How can we configure application so that this "Invalid Login attempts" works in multi-tenant environment ?
