Account Lock And Unlock Is Not Working In Multi-tenant Environment. (Doc ID 2306443.1)

Goal

Under Argus console | System configuration user has invalid login attempts set to 3 . After a total of 5 invalid login attempts, account disable/lock message appears but when user refreshes the page and tries again to login, the user is logged into the application and the account is not locked out.


How doesn one configure Argus Safety so that this "Invalid Login attempts" works in multi-tenant environment ?
