Symptoms

Reset Model is not resetting Safety Documents

After selecting "Reset Model..." we get an error message "Reset Model Operation has partially failed. Some sheets and safety documents may not have been reset."

The safety documents are not being reset as we would expect them to be, but  the tags in the viewer are removed.


Error Reported

 "Reset Model Operation has partially failed. Some sheets and safety documents may not have been reset."

Changes

Customization of switching and safety were done for the project.
