Duplicate Pending Scheduled Actions In BRM (Doc ID 2306985.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.17.0 version, Collections Manager,

After performing collections test regarding reschedule request, it is observed that the scheduled actions pending were duplicated. New collections actions are generated which will take place 10 days later.
All except one original collections actions under the same collections scenario remain with original schedule.

Steps to replicate:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a. Put the bill unit of the account in collections and make sure there are scheduled actions to be generated
b. Use 'PCM_OP_COLLECTIONS_RESCHEDULE_ACTION' to reschedule one collections action
