Payment Detail Blank For Soft Decline Failed Credit Card Payment

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 188.8.131.52.0 version, Billing Care UI(BCUI),
When opening an existing account that has credit card payment with a few fails, which are soft declines and finally the payment was made after a few tries, the payment details are blank in the payment transaction.
Below error is seen in Weblogic log:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Billing Care
2. Search for an account that has failed payments
3. Open this account, and click on the news feed (transactions)
4. Click on this payment transaction
