Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.17.0 version, Billing Care UI(BCUI),

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When opening an existing account that has credit card payment with a few fails, which are soft declines and finally the payment was made after a few tries, the payment details are blank in the payment transaction.

Below error is seen in Weblogic log:


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Login Billing Care
  2. Search for an account that has failed payments
  3. Open this account, and click on the news feed (transactions)
  4. Click on this payment transaction
