Unable to Access the Unifier '/bluedoor/admin' Page After Performing a Unifier Upgrade

After performing an upgrade from Unifier 16.1 to 16.2 and attempting to access the Unifier Migration Log via http://server:port/bluedoor/admin, the following error is displayed on the web page:

The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.
