Facility assignment blocks show all equipment on one side of the facility block even though the facility circuit is properly assigned to the originating and terminating locations.

In the Connection Design window, the Facility Assignment blocks show all equipment on one side of the facility block even though the facility circuit is properly assigned to the originating and terminating locations. This issue occurs when the first 8 bytes of the originating location matches the first 8 byte of the terminating location.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-Equipment assignment to a facility circuit.

We are at version 6.2.1.1135.14

 ### Additional Information ###
We found this issue is caused by A_Z_OTHER_CD for enabled ports not matching the main port assignment in the PORT ADDRESS table. When an equipment assignment is made at the A or Z location the enabled ports should match. Attached are examples.
