PDC UI : Cannot Add Selective RUM (Doc ID 2307320.1)

Symptoms

From Pricing Design Center (PDC) User Interface (UI), if one wants to add pricing only for a particular RUM, it does not allow and it is forcing to add pricing for all the items.

Scenario:
<NAME> is rated using the Rum Duration
<NAME> is rated using the Rum Volume Total
<NAME> is rated using Volume Total

Actual Result:
However in the PDC UI, it is forcing to add for Volume Total and Duration.

Expectation:
One should be able to selectively add the Rum based on how migration did it.
