When OMS_IND ='Y', the CUSTOMER_RESV bucket is not updated for a customer order.
Steps To Recreate:
2. Create Customer Order using RIB script or Web service.
3. Note ITEM_LOC_SOH.CUSTOMER_RESV is not updated
