Error Printing Custom Reports: "Error Failed to load PDF document."

Symptoms

When attempting to print a record using a Custom Print, the following error is displayed:  "Error Failed to load PDF document."

STEPS to Verify Issue

  1. Access Unifier as User with appropriate permissions.
  2. Navigate to the applicable workspace > Open the Record > click "File" > "Print Preview" > "Custom..." > Select "Custom Print" > Receive popup message:

"Error - Failed to load PDF document."

NOTE: With Debug Enabled and while reproducing the issue an Exception Error will be seen in the Unifier.log that included this text:
