Email Not Getting Delivered To Dynamic Group

Using: Oracle Communications Messaging Server 18.104.22.168.0 32bit (built Jan 25 2016)
Multiple dynamic email groups exist on the directory server. Problem exists with delivery to dynamic groups. Static groups work just fine.
Sending message to two dynamic groups in one message fails with no error.
Two groups are created with the below dynamic members URLs:
1. Group name - firstname.lastname@example.org
2. group name - email@example.com
If an email is sent to either of the above individual groups, the email is delivered just fine. But, if the email is sent to both groups, no user receives the email across the organization.
