Events Created from Web Call Entry do not Have the Selected Clues

When a call is placed via Web Call Entry and that call has several clue options selected, Work Agenda is not displaying the correct clues.
When options are selected from the DS_CALL_DATA drop downs in the Web Call Entry, the clues do not appear in the work agenda for the corresponding event.
When reviewing the log, it appears that the save command is only registering the value for one of the drop downs that is chosen instead of all of them. As an example we are getting:

We would have expected:

No value is displayed in the work agenda for the Clues column.
