Getting Error "Some Error Has Occured. Error Received Is: Null."

Symptoms

When attempting to Login to SSO URL by having RmsHome the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to SSO URL.
2. Notice that RMS ADF Menu is displayed.
3. Log out.
4. Click Yes to log out.
5. Notice that Oracle Access Management (OAM) login page is displayed.
6. Try logging in as the same user that was used in step 1.
7. It tries to redirect to /Rms/faces/RmsLogin and fails with "Some error has occurred. Error received is: null. Please contact System Administrator".
