Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
Given a premise with multiple instances of a premise characteristic but with different effective dates, Premise Information still displays all of that premise characteristic’s instances.

Reproduce Steps
--------------------------------------------------
Define a characteristic type that supports the premise characteristic entity.
Characteristic Type – Characteristic Entities
Plug multiple instances of the characteristic type to a premise with differing effective dates.
Premise – Characteristics: Multiple instances of the previously-defined characteristic type are plugged in but with different Effective Dates.
From the premise’s context menu, select Go To Control Central.
Under the Premise Information zone, note how all instances of the characteristics are displayed.
Control Central – Account Information – Premise Information: All instances of the characteristic are displayed

Expected Behavior: Only the effective premise characteristics as of current date should be displayed but not all.
