Convergence Patch Upgrade Fails Due to Missing SaveState File (Doc ID 2309319.1)

Symptoms

Convergence Patch upgrade performed using 'commpkg upgrade' can fail if the silent configuration (saveState) file is missing.

The saveState file is created in the Convergence_Home/data/setup/Iwc-config-YYYYMMDDHHMMSS directory, where YYYYMMDDHHMMSS represents the date and time of the saveState file.
