TN Association with Ctrl + A Is Not Working with QueryBehavior=5 (Doc ID 2309385.1)

Symptoms

The TN association with Ctrl + A is not working with queryBehavior=5. It is working with queryBehavior=1.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create an EWO.
2) Go to activity page.
3) Try to select & associate telephone numbers through Activity Workspace. Use Ctrl + A instead of selecting the first and last row.

Business impact :
Selecting first and last row to select 10,000 numbers is not feasible.
