Goal
Is it possible to integrate Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) version 2.2 with meter head end system without Smart Grid Gateway (SGG)?
Is it possible to do this for the below scenarios:
- Meter read for billing via MDM to external CIS
- Meter events / alarm from meter system to MDM
- Meter command (remote disconnection / re connection / meter ping ) via MDM
