Error when Creating a Spec: Invalid column name 'SegmentIDs'

Symptoms

Using PLM for Process 6.2.2 and trying to create a spec the following error is showing up in the log:

Exception: System.Web.HttpUnhandledException (0x80004005): Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. ---> Xeno.Prodika.Eventing.Subscriber.EventSubscriberException: Exception during HandleEvent of GSM.Item.1009.Create ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid column name 'SegmentIDs'.
