ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The InterestRateCode business rule is not bringing back the correct rate in its interest rate calculations for Process Codes 09, 13 and 15.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The InterestRateCode business rule works with various Process Codes (identified in the rule configuration) to determine which Rate table to use and which specific Rate to use in calculating fixed interest for the Fund override of the rule applicable to a given Fund. Interest should be calculated correctly for any given period based on the Rates found in AsRate.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Incorrect interest is being calculated resulting in potential compliance violations and/or customer complaints.
