Unable To Publish Custom Prints After Establishing Successful Connection to BI Publisher Server

After establishing a successful connection to the BI Publisher server for custom report integration, users are unable to publish Custom Reports / Custom Prints.

When trying to Publish Custom Reports/ Custom Prints, the following error is thrown:

Internal Server Error. Contact System Administrator
