TRAN_DATA records are posted for received non-inventory items.
If stock on hand is not updated for received non-inventory items then also TRAN_DATA records should not be created for these received items.
Steps to recreate:
- Create purchase orders for orderable but non-inventory items in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Receive the purchase order in Store Inventory Management (SIM).
- Notice that SIM allows the receiving of purchase order created in RMS even if the item is non-inventory.
- Notice that transaction data are posted in RMS TRAN_DATA table for the received items, but the stock on hand is not updated.
