RMS Preferences Revert Button Does Not Work

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The revert buttons are not functioning for the preferences tasks (Regional, Language, Accessibility). Upon hitting revert after making a change, all values stay as previously selected.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to RMS.
2. Go to Preferences.
3. Change the existing language to another language.
4. Hit Revert Button.No change occurs and data is not reverted to previous.
