BSP 8.0.2 ORA-01400 Error and No New Business After Running Total Calculate After Extending Time Buckets

Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP)
Symptoms
On BSP 8.0.2.0.7, after adding 2 years in the time bucket definition, running the complete calculation does not create any new business results. Additional time buckets are added to extend the for 3 years instead of 1 years like in Financial Plan Default. The following error is found in FSI_BSP_PROCESS_LOG after running:
ERROR
[MSG-FATAL] : ERROR OCCURRED WHILE POPULATING BSP PROCESSING TABLES [ORA-ERR] ORA-01400: CANNOT INSERT NULL INTO ("BSP'."FSI_ALM_NEW_BUSINESS"."PRICING_SYS_ID")
Additionally the runtime prompt now freezes.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update time bucket definition via the following steps:
A Master Maintenance -> Time Bucket Definition
In the TB_201707B
Have added columns for each month in CY 19 and CY20
B Saved Financial Plan Default form as Financial Plan Default
Added year cy19 and cy20 to see it in the form
Added interest rate for those years and month.
C. Have Saved Pricing Margin form as bsp_pricing margin
Added year cy19 and cy20
Added interest rate for those years and month.
D. Have Added Maturity mix in Maturity mix default form for Cy19 and Cy20

E Master maintenance -> Configuration
Changed Endyr to FY20
F Run Metadata sync
2. Run the complete calculation and check results.
