How To Configure A GL Account In Pipeline Without Taxation (Doc ID 2310214.1)

Goal

The business scenario is that a customer wants to have GLID set for the delayed events.
There is no tax configured since the taxation is handled in his local system (outside Oracle BRM).
For this implementation, one needs to configure a zero tax to be able to set a GL account and GLID for a delayed event.
So, the question is, is there any way to configure a GLID for delayed event without configuring taxation in pipeline. That is, if one has a price plan with no taxation, then how does one configure its pipeline rateplan with GL accounts but no taxation?
