Cross Dock Replenishment Incorrectly Takes into Acount Pickup Lead Time of Stores And Not WH

Cross Dock Replenishment take into Account the Pick up to lead time set up at Store Level:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup a store on Cross dock replenishment set up with Supplier site lead time as 0, Pick Up lead time as 5, Wh lead time as 10.
2. When a PO is created the 'not before date' on the PO accounts the Pick Up lead time and generated the date on the Cross Dock PO's Pick not before date including the lead time.
Since this lead time is the value for the store's pick up to location lead time, this creates incorrect Purchase Orders.
