ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Turkish Language, Command Request Maintenance Map does not work
In TURKISH Language Display , When Retrieve End Measurement is NO , Measurement Requested & Measurement Destination Fields are populated on command request maintenance map.
The Lookup are getting Reversed in UI Map , because of which we are unable to use Retrieve End Measurement Option in Turkish Display.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected Functionality
When Retrieve End Measurement is YES( EVET in Turkish) , Measurement Requested & Measurement Destination Fields should be populated.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter command request with Retrieve End Measurement = no (in Turkish)
2. Notice Measurement Requested and Measurement destination fields appear on the page where they don't in English
3. Notice the values for the extended lookup are correct
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the page as it was intended.
