'Current User Is Not Authorized to Open the Attachment'

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User was able to open one of the attachment without any issue the first time and again after closing and on re-opening the same attachment, an error is displayed.
Error: "Current user is not authorized to open the attachment"
Then on clicking on other tab like Ext Data and again on Supporting docs same attachment was opening without any issue.
